  • Benefits and challenges of digital devices

  • Impact of digital experiences on brain function & mental health

  • Strategies to create a balanced use of digital devices 

WORKSHOP: THE POWER OF LANGUAGE

  • Explores different types of language, both nonverbal and verbal. 

  • Understanding the power of self-talk and the spoken word on our thinking and our relationships

  • Practical skills that will help you challenge and change the way you speak to yourself and others

WORKSHOP: BOOSTING SELF-ESTEEM

  • Explores the environmental and biological factors that impact self-esteem.

  • Investigates what self-esteem is, looking at thoughts, feelings and behaviours

  • Provides simple practical skills to increase self-confidence and create new habits.

WORKSHOP: BRAIN HEALTH (1 full day or 4 x 90 minutes session)
